09/02/08 Fixture book is filling up nicely. Not bad for a team with no home ground ! 09/02/02 Fundraising event organised for 29th March. Mansfield band Oasist will be playing at the Social Centre. Capacity is 280, let's sell it out and raise ourselves a seasons worth of funds in one go. 08/02/08 Got some forms from the Parish Council for everyone to fill in relating to restoring the cricket field to it's former glory. It is sports/arts grant funding that the council are applying for and if enough people in the village vote for the cricket option then there's a good chance of getting our ground back. 06/10/07 New Forum added to the website. All players and staff should register. News announcements will be made through the Forum so all members should log in regularly. 01/10/07 The club have entered a team in the Cuckney Winter League. It is to be named Rose Raptors. 15/09/07 The committee are looking to secure 15-20 fixtures for 2008 season. 14/09/07 Even though we only played four fixtures in 2007 a set of averages has been compiled. They will soon appear on the "STATS" page. |
